The NZTA 2009 competition will be held at the Taupo Events Centre

                                           CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Please read and accept conditions of entry before you fill out the entry form
                                               Entry fee Schedule
Novice and Junior Division: $30.00 per entry limit two entries per category

Professional and Masters Division: $35.00 per entry limit two entries per category

Overseas Entry (non NZ Resident): $50.00 per entry limit two entries per category

Collective Artists (non Divisional): $35.00 per entry limit two entries per group

All round Taxidermist Award: A fee of $45.00 over and above the normal Entry fee is payable to enter for this award.
                      IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW
Late Entries: Registrations close on Friday the 28th of August 2009. Entries received after this date will incur a late entry fee of $60.00 per entry.

Masters and Professional entrants may have to fill out and sign a declaration of authenticity form
All wall mounted entries must be registered at the venue by TBA Friday 25th September 2009
Other entries by TBA the same day No mounts will be accepted after this time.
Some large size entries may be given a specific time to register by.
All entries must remain on display until 4pm on sun 27th September 2009
No competing member of the NZTA (apart from competition officials) will be allowed near the competition area during the judging. This will start at 2.15 pm on the Friday and continue for most of Saturday
All competitors will be ushered into the competition area to hang or place your mounts you will then be given 10mins per mount to check and groom. When your time is up you will be asked by the usher to vacate the area Failure to do so can result in exclusion from the competition.
