                                           CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Novice and Junior Division:           $30.00 per Entry

Professional and Masters Division: $35.00 per Entry

Overseas Entry (non NZ Resident): $50.00 per Entry

Collective Artists (non Divisional): $35.00 per Entry

                       IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW
Late Entries: Registrations close on Tuesday 31st of August 2010. Entries received after this date will incur a late entry fee of $60.00 per entry.

Masters and Professional entrants may have to fill out and sign a declaration of authenticity form
All wall mounted entries must be registered at the venue by 10am Friday 24th September 2010
Other entries by 12 Noon the same day No mounts will be accepted after this time.
Some large size entries may be given a specific time to register by.
All entries must remain on display until 4pm on sun 26th September 2010
No competing member of the NZTA (apart from competition officials) will be allowed near the competition area during the judging. This will start at 2.15 pm on the Friday and continue for most of Saturday
After registration and photos All competitors will be ushered into the competition area to hang or place your mounts you will then be given 10mins per mount to check and groom. When your time is up you will be asked by the usher to vacate the area Failure to do so can result in exclusion from the competition.
