The 2012 NZTA South Pacific Taxidermy Championships will be held at the Taupo Events Centre on the 26th -30th Sept 2012
  

                           
                                            CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

                                                Entry fee Schedule
Novice and Junior Division:                    $35

Professional and Masters Division:         $40 per entry                       

Overseas Entry (non NZ Resident):     NZ$40 per entry.

Collective Artists (non Divisional):         $40

                       IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW.
Late Entries: Registrations close on 24th of August 2012. Entries received after this date will incur a late entry fee of $70.00 per entry.

Masters and Professional entrants may have to fill out and sign a declaration of authenticity form
All wall mounted entries must be registered at the venue between 8am and 10am
Other entries by 12 Noon the same day No mounts will be accepted after this time.
Some large size entries may be given a specific time to register by.
All entries must remain on display until 4pm on sun
No competing member of the NZTA (apart from competition officials) will be allowed near the competition area during the judging. This will start at approx 2.15 pm on the Friday and continue on Saturday until completed
After registration and photos All competitors will be ushered into the competition area to hang or place your mounts you will then be given 10mins per mount to check and groom. When your time is up you will be asked by the usher to vacate the area Failure to do so can result in exclusion from the competition.
